I want your order to arrive safely and for you to love what you receive! Here's everything you need to know. If something isn't right, please reach out at info@hillerysproatt.com and I'll do my best to help.

Shipping

Shipping Insurance

For just $2 per item, I warmly encourage you to add shipping insurance at checkout. I's such great peace of mind! If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, I can file a claim on your behalf for a full refund. Without insurance, I'm unfortunately unable to file claims or offer refunds for late, lost, or damaged goods.

Domestic Shipping

All blanket and print orders shipping within the USA ship for a flat rate of $15 via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. This flat rate does not apply to original paintings or shipping insurance.

I ship entire orders together whenever possible to save on packing materials and shipping costs. If you're placing a pre-order alongside in-stock items, I recommend placing two separate orders so your in-stock goodies can ship right away!

Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Just keep in mind that expedited rates can be costly and delivery dates are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Please note that shipping charges for exchanges and packages returned due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. Pop over to the returns page for more details.

US Territories Shipping

I'm happy to ship to the following US Territories via USPS for a flat rate of $25 for the first item and $5 for each additional item: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Outlying Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note these orders are final sale and shipping is non-refundable.

International Shipping + Duties

I'm not currently able to ship overseas. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I hope to ship to the following countries again soon: Japan, Spain, Norway, Australia, Belgium, Canada, the UK, Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Netherlands.

When international shipping resumes, please note that VAT, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected at checkout. These added costs may exceed the value of the merchandise. All international orders are final sale and shipping is non-refundable.

Tracking + Shipping Procedures

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For delivery questions, please contact the carrier directly.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has left my studio I'm unable to reroute it. After your order is in the carrier's hands, they assume responsibility for the goods. If you've purchased insurance and something goes wrong, please reach out right away and I'll help you file a claim.

If a package is returned to my studio as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Returns + Exchanges

Prints, Paintings + Playsilks

Prints, paintings, and playsilks are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Thank you so much for understanding.

In purchasing an original painting, the buyer owns the physical work to have and enjoy, but may not reproduce it in any way. Copyright remains the sole property of the artist.

Blankets

Blankets cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged when shipping within the USA, and I'm happy to help make that as easy as possible. If you'd like to exchange your blanket, please reach out at info@hillerysproatt.com right away.

All blankets must be returned unused in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, including a $20 shipping fee to send your new blanket out to you. For multiple blankets, please add $12 per additional blanket after the first. All returned items must be insured for the full purchase amount and shipped with a tracking number.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you need to cancel before your order ships, please note there is a 5% non-refundable cancellation fee to cover merchant processing costs, so please be sure before you place your order!

If an item you've ordered suddenly becomes back-ordered, you're welcome to wait for it to come back in stock, select another blanket of your choosing, or receive store credit for the full amount. Just let me know what works best for you.

Product Defects

In the unlikely event your blanket or print arrives damaged, please reach out at info@hillerysproatt.com right away and I'll make it right. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to my studio, and I'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement back to you. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped with a tracking number.
